Return Shipping Costs

• For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: You will not be charged.
• For Change of Mind or Customer Error: No problem — we’ll assist you with the return process and ensure you have everything needed to send the item back. You must arrange and pay for the return shipping to the address provided.

How to Return an Item

3. Pack Your Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

4. Print Return Label: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive the necessary instructions to prepare your package.

5. Ship It Back: Drop the package at your nearest carrier location as instructed.

Refund Process

• Inspection: Once we receive your item, we’ll check it to ensure it meets return conditions.
• Refund: Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval and will be issued to your original payment method.
