Return Policy Overview
• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return items.
• Item Condition: Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags.

Return Shipping Costs
• For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: You will not be charged.
• For Change of Mind or Customer Error: No problem — we’ll assist you with the return process and ensure you have everything needed to send the item back. You must arrange and pay for the return shipping to the address provided. Return shipping costs are approximately 13£. Please note that actual return shipping costs may vary depending on the carrier and location.
How to Return an Item
